Step 3 - Make It Happen (LEAIP Progress App)
LEAIP Progress takes each task and puts it under visual management in a timeline. It's easy to see and follow who is doing what, when, and what the status of each activity is.
The LEAIP Progress app automatically generates a line of Sticky's for a task. Basic information for each task is added, such as a title and who is responsible. Then, with a click, the grey stickies under the appropriate week are turned to blue to signify when the task will be done. As time progresses the actual status vs what was planned for each task is monitored, assessed, and recorded, again with a click.
